    HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

    Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (ePacket, USPS or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

    Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

    MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT

    We know how important your order is! The Excellent Deal provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

    We will always do our best to assist you, but The Excellent Deal does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    The Excellent Deal is proud to service our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.

    It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. The Excellent Deal is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

      TAXES & DUTIES

      Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

      Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at The Excellent Deal. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

      How to Initiate A Refund

      In case you are unsatisfied with the received purchase, we request you to reach us at info@theexcellentdeal.com with your order details, and we shall revert back to you at the earliest with the details of return shipping process.

      Returns

      we are happy to assist you with returns subject to following criteria:

      • The products should be purchased only from Theexcellentdeal.com and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
      • Return request should be raised within 30 business days from the date of delivery.We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 30 business day refund period. 
      • Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
      • Product should reach us in sellable condition.
      • Kindly note that during a promotion, specific rules will apply for returning a promotional product or freebies if the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product or wrong size we will accept return.

      Delay in receiving the order

      If you don't receive your products and you can't track it, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest.

      • In such an event, we can cancel your order and process your refunds the money in your banking account or track your order and expedite the shipment.
      • you will not be entitled for any cash refunds as per our policy.
      • Return will only be made in form of credit to your Bank account.

      Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges

      Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of exchange we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1-2 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

      • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
      • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      Refunds

      We may provide Refunds in the event of:

      1). Cancellation by Customer at info@theexcellentdeal.com

      2). In certain situations partial refunds might be granted if applicable (items not in original condition, damage or missing part, items returned more than 30 days after delivery

      3).Return of products purchased by the Customer, subject to eligibility for return.

      4). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

      Refunds Policy

      • If you have paid using a credit card, refund will be credited to your credit card account, within 5 to 7 business
      • If you have paid using debit card/internet banking, amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days.
      • However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
      • The amount will be refunded in the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any cash /cheque / DD refund.
      • Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled for any refund.

      Refund Timelines

      We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse. You will also be informed via email on the refund status.

      Kindly note that refund to the customer’s bank or credit card account is subject to estimated processing time lines provided by the banks.

      Special Note

      Since the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, there may be possibilities that colors or design of the product delivered may vary in actual color. Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimer on product page before placing the order.
