Each month you will get tactical and adventure gear in our box that has a handle on top to make it easy to grab and go in any situation. Bush Box
The Bush Box is intended for the hard-core survivalist or outdoor enthusiast. This monthly subscription will give you access to all of the latest and greatest products on the market. The Bush Box includes items like our bugout bag, hiking gear, and wilderness survival tools. Don’t get caught in a survival situation without the right equipment to get you safely back to your destination.
Urban Box
Stuck in a concrete jungle but finding yourself dreaming of the outdoors? Concerned about the safety and survival of your family in the face of a national crisis? If so, the Urban Box is for you. Each month that the Urban Box hits your doorstep you are one step closer to assuring you are prepared.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged for your first months’ subscription on the day you sign-up. Your monthly reoccurring charge will take place on the 21st of each month after your initial charge.
When will I receive my box?
The box will be shipped on the 28th of every month.
If you subscribe by 11:59 PM PST on the 21st of the month you will receive your first box of that month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time by emailing us at info@boltwatches.com. You must cancel by the 20th of the month to avoid being charged for that month.
Can I return the box and get a refund?
Once you receive your shipment you cannot get a refund on the product you receive. You are able to cancel your subscription at any time.
You must cancel by the 20th of each month in order to avoid being charged. If you cancel after that date you will receive one more Bolt Box subscription shipment.
Once you pay for the first subscription there are no refunds or cancelations for the first box.
What if a product is defective or damaged?
If one of the products in your monthly box is damaged, we will send a replacement product or a product of similar value. You must contact Bolt Box within 15-days of receipt of the original item.

I saw last month’s box – and I want it! How do I get one?
We may have a limited amount of the previous months’ inventory available. Email us at info@boltwatches.com for more information.
What if I don’t like one of the products?
We think you will love EVERY product you receive – but as you can imagine it’s impossible for us to please everyone, all of the time. There may be some products during your subscription that aren’t your favorite, but the upside is that all products you receive from us will be useful.
