So I just got mine yesterday and tried it this morning. So far I am extremely pleased and very excited! I've dealt with back pain for many years and I'm only 24 years old and once I put it on I could definitely see a difference in my posture and how my overall back felt (which is relieved!) I have a super tiny waist (seen in photos) so I was afraid the fitting would be off but no they really did do a great job making it super adjustable.

The brace is solidly constructed and actually FEELS GOOD to wear. Materials and craftsman ship are on-par with the best knee brace I ever had.

I like this one a lot because of its 'cummerbund' torso band. I would recommend that when you cinch that band, you include some of your lower ribs. In doing so, you accomplish two of the yoga postural cues that I constantly give:
-Shoulders Back and Down
-Knit the rib bones together.

its possible to 'do' yoga while wearing the brace, but i really think its better to wear in everyday life and save yoga practice as something else

This is a well-made harness. of sorts. True to the advertising, you should definitely give yourself a warm up period to wear it a couple of hours each day until you get used to the strangeness/irritation of the straps that go under your arms. With me it only took one pre-wear before I was ready to go. The discomfort under my arms work as part of the incentive to keep my shoulders back, because when my shoulders are back, the harness is much more comfortable. It definitely works are far as helping to remind me to improve my posture. I don't know about the long term muscle-strengthening aspect, since I've only been wearing it full days for 3 days now. I'd recommend it.

I love it! This thing works wonders and it's been keeping my posture correct for most of the day. I got used to it and now find it comfortable wearing it almost all day. Before reading the follow up courteous email I wore it with no sleeve top. The email suggested tshirts, which reduce pinching under arms. I'm not exactly sure how to adjust the arms but the product seems to be working well for me straight out of the box. I need to be working on my posture to reduce symptoms from pinched nerves in my cervical spine areas. I am slowly building up time wearing it, starting with less than a hour at first. It is making me mindful of my posture but doesn't restrict my movements. So far it has been considered a great purchase.

I very much like this product. It did not reduce my pain in my back 100 percent, but I could tell the difference when I walk. Used it everyday for an hour or two until I lost it at the airport. I only had it for about a month. The airport security opened my suitcase, but failed to zip it all the way back shut and I lost it. I plan to purchase another one when I am paid. I got this back brace for my job. I move around A LOT, and have noticed that my back aches beyond belief after everything is said and done. My sides would cramp, my lumbar would be more sore than usual, and my spine felt like it was on fire. After using the brace this past week, I have noticed a significant difference!
